Wayne Fields is a Chartered Accountant with 52 years of experience. Wayne was a Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 30 years and became the Managing Partner before his retirement from the firm.

Wayne joined DGM Financial Group on November 1, 2012 as President of the group of companies providing leadership and guidance to the team as well as the overall business development and strategic direction of the companies.

Wayne has significant experience in the International Financial Sector providing advice and direction to clients. He has significant regulatory experience having worked with many clients in the licensing of insurance companies and international banks in Barbados.

Wayne has written many articles and has spoken at various conferences related to the International Business Sector.

Justin Cole is an experienced executive who has managed companies in the international business sector in Barbados since 2005. Justin has been leading the Management Services Department at DGM Financial Group since 2016, providing management and accounting services to various clients across a number of business sectors.

Justin provides leadership and guidance to the team as well as assisting with the overall business development and strategic direction of the Company. Justin is a Chartered Professional Accountant, who graduated from Queen’s University in Canada, with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree.

Leanne was born in Barbados and is a Qualified Accountant and holds a fellowship in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) designation and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados. She also graduated from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with Upper Second Class Honours.

Leanne began her career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Barbados for five years starting as a junior auditor and progressing to an Audit Supervisor. She performed audits of companies primarily in the insurance, hospitality and retail sectors.

In May 2009 Leanne transitioned to captive management in the International Business sector of Barbados and developed a wealth of knowledge in the industry. Prior to joining DGM she worked with Aon for 14 years and held the position of Vice President for her last 5 years with the company. She was primarily responsible for the operational management of a portfolio of client companies, the preparation of financial reporting information, the completion of the year end audit functions and acted as a relationship manager and liaison between the client and captive service team. Leanne provided leadership and guidance to her team and also engaged in business development strategies and managing of prospective opportunities. She also held the position of Corporate Controller where she was responsible for the financial reporting of the Company. Leanne joined DGM in January 2024 as the Vice President of the Alberta captive office.

Chloé Noel is an Attorney-at-Law specializing in corporate law and company management within the Barbados international business sector.

A graduate of the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, Chloé earned her Bachelor of Laws degree with Honours and further obtained her Legal Education Certificate from the Hugh Wooding Law School in 2015. She is admitted to practise at both the Barbados Bar and the Trinidad and Tobago Bar.

Chloé brings a client-centric approach to her practice and has developed extensive experience advising on structuring, governance, and strategic transactions. Her responsiveness and ability to consistently deliver results has been a defining feature of her career.

Prior to DGM, Chloé spent seven years at a firm within the corporate and trust services sector, where she was responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of private and publicly listed clients.

Since joining DGM in September 2023, Chloé has progressed into her current role as Vice President, Corporate & Trust, where she is responsible for the overall team management and direction of the Corporate and Trust departments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and commercially focused services to the Group’s client base.

Nia joined DGM in January 2026 as Vice President – Management Services bringing more than a decade’s experience in delivering professional services.

Her career was kickstarted in 2014 at Deloitte Barbados where she provided audit & assurance services to clients across several industries & sectors (particularly insurance, oil & gas, holdings, automotive distribution & retail) and progressed to Audit Manager in 2021. In 2024 she pivoted to Deloitte’s consulting function where she provided varied services to assist clients in managing risks and solving problems, including financial reporting and controls advisory.

Nia is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados (ICAB). She also holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Economics & Accounting from the University of the West Indies – Cave Hill Campus.

Sharon Lewis joined DGM in September 2017 as our Trust Manager.

Sharon has gained extensive experience in Trust and Corporate administration having worked in 2 large Canadian offshore banks in Barbados where her portfolio of clients included high net worth individuals, Trust, Estates, Pension Plans and International Business Companies based in Europe, North America and Latin America.

Sharon is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds the Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation.

Paula Israel joined DGM in March 2015 and is the Manager of the Finance Department and is responsible for financial reporting for the group.

She graduated from the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting with Upper Second Class Honours.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados.

Paula has previous experience as an Auditor having spent five years at PwC and she has also held the position of Accountant at the Barbados Light & Power Co. Ltd. for four years before joining the DGM Group.

Kerri-Anne Ellis LL.B, LL.M, CAMS, is an attorney-at-law admitted to the bar in Barbados and Jamaica and holds the position of Legal and Compliance Senior Officer at DGM Financial Group.

She earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of West Indies Cave Hill and obtained her Legal Education Certificate from the Norman Manley Law School in 2015. She is also the holder of a Master of Laws Degree in Business and Finance Law from the George Washington University in Washington D.C. where she was the recipient of the George Washington University Law School Merit Scholarship.

Kerri-Anne has significant experience in securities law, fintech, financial regulations and corporate and commercial transactions. She is also a member of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) and the Barbados Association of Compliance Professionals (BACP)

Lica Belle began her career as an auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Eastern Caribbean in 2003 and worked mainly on Insurance and Mutual Fund audits.

In March 2015, Lica joined DGM as Client Account Manager. Lica is responsible for managing and preparing financial statements for the Captive Insurance Companies and IBC’s.

Lica was promoted to Senior Account Manager in January 2019. Lica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounts from the University of the West Indies.

Lica is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a current member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados.

Roslyn Francis is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of the West Indies. Roslyn began her career as an auditor in 2003 with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Barbados where she gathered experience working primarily within the hospitality, retail and investment fund sectors.

In June 2006 she transitioned to captive management in the International Business sector of Barbados where she managed a diverse portfolio of captive insurance companies and other international business structures. She joined DGM in March 2023 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados.

Sharon Goodridge began her career in banking at Barclays Bank PLC and served there for seven years in various supervisory positions.

In a quest to further her career beyond the realm of banking, Sharon worked in the International Business sector for twenty years where she gained valuable experience in providing accounting, treasury, and administrative services to clients in many industries.

Sharon joined DGM Financial Group in November 2014 in the position of Client Account Manager and has progressed to Senior Account Manager in 2026. She has proven to be an effective manager, providing quality service to her clients consisting of both Captive Companies and Regular Business Companies.

Sharon is a Certified General Accountant and a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados.

Desiree Diaz is a Chartered Professional Accountant of Canada who has re-joined DGM Financial Group in July 2018 as a Client Account Manager.

She started her career in Auditing with the firm that is currently known as nexa and later with PriceWaterhouseCoopers EasternCaribbean, where she gained invaluable experience in various business sectors.

She then chose to venture into the International Business sector in Barbados where she was initially exposed to the Captive Insurance Industry and has been providing quality service to clients for over 10 years in this capacity. Her portfolio also includes clients within the Management Services Department and Property Management.

Desiree has attained her Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) designation with ICCIE.

Crystalie Howard joined DGM in May 2019 as a Client Account Manager. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant with extensive experience in the provision of financial services to companies in the International Business sector in Barbados. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados.

Ben joined DGM on a full-time basis in October 2023 in our Barbados office and relocated to our Calgary office in April 2025. As a Client Accountant, he is responsible for the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings for captive insurance clients.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Economics and Finance from the University of Guelph and is currently pursuing his CPA designation.

Cheryl Bellamy worked with KPMG in the corporate and administrative departments where she gained her early corporate experience.

Cheryl joined DGM Financial Group in August 2006 as a Corporate Administrator and in July 2012 was promoted to Senior Corporate Administrator.

Her duties include the incorporation and maintenance of International Business Companies, licence applications and the annual licence renewal process, as well as preparation of and attendance at client meetings to her portfolio of clients.

Lana Clarke has been employed at DGM Financial Group since 8th March, 2017 as the Assistant Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in the accounting field.

Lana assists the Finance Manager with the daily accounting duties and is currently pursuing the CAT Level of ACCA.

Kellyann Weekes joined DGM in 2004 and currently performs the role of Compliance Analyst.

Kellyann works within the Compliance Department to ensure DGM and our clients remain in compliance with various laws, regulations, and guidelines, and follow best practices.

Kellyann has completed her AML certificate through The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is a member of the International Compliance Association (ICA).

Marisa Lowe joined DGM in August 2016. She has spent 11 years in one company that transitioned 3 times in the Office Administration sector.

Marisa graduated from Katherine Gibbs, New York with an Associate in Occupational Studies in Business Administration (Marketing & Accounting). She was also on the Dean’s list.

Marisa is responsible for performing wire instructions to accounts for clients & preparing invoices as well as updating the accounting system. Monitoring clients’ accounts on a monthly basis. Receives & relates issues regarding maintenance & I.T. complications. Filing correspondence & various office duties.

Melissa Gamble has over ten years of experience working with Duty Free Caribbean Limited as the Administrator in the Business Development department. During her tenure, she supported the Chief Development Officer and the team.

She joined DGM Financial Group in July 2021 as Administrative Assistant to the President.

Melissa has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which she earned in 2015. In 2020, she graduated from the University of South Wales with a Master’s in Business Administration.

Melissa assists the President and helps with various administrative tasks such as the client billing process, setting up corporate and investment bank accounts, and immigration applications including work permits and special entry permits.

Oneal Pollard joined DGM on March 2013 and provides administrative support to all staff.

Oneal has had 15 + years liaising with government departments such as Corporate Affairs, Barbados Revenue Authority and many others, on behalf of DGM and previous employers​.

He holds a Diploma in ICSA (Finance & Administration).
